Is there a minimum number of users?

No. One user is included in the platform fee and there is no seat minimum. Add more from £149 a user.

Why is the platform billed annually?

Optik is a 12-month subscription, paid up front. There is no monthly plan, so there is no billing toggle, just a currency toggle for GBP, EUR, or USD.

What is the £1k implementation?

A one-time setup at signing: integrations, training, and onboarding, so the motion is live from the start.

Can I buy leads or the Guide without the platform?

No. The platform is the product. More leads and the GTM Guide are add-ons that require an active Platform subscription.

What is an exact-fit lead?

A name and an email is a contact. An exact-fit lead is fit, verified, enriched, researched, and ready to send, defined by the ICP you build. Two hundred and fifty a month are inside the platform fee.

Is there a free trial?

No. Book a session, and a paid pilot may be offered on the call.

What currency do you bill in?
